Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions of use of https://www.fork-coding.com (the “Site”), operated by Starlight Sangdan (별빛상단) (the “Operator”), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.
Article 2 (Services Provided)
- Viewing blog, project, and paper content
- Liking and sharing blog posts and papers
- Posting and deleting comments after signing in with a Google account
Article 3 (Accounts)
You must sign in with a Google account to post comments. The Site creates your account from the name, email address, and profile image provided by the sign-in provider. You shall not share your account with others. To delete your account, send a request to danju@starlight-sangdan.com.
Article 4 (Comments)
- Copyright in a comment belongs to its author.
- The author grants the Operator a free license to use the comment to the extent necessary to post and display it on the Site.
- Authors may delete their own comments at any time.
- To prevent spam, no more than 3 comments may be posted per minute.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not post any of the following.
- Content that defames or insults others
- Content that infringes the rights of others, such as personal information or copyright
- Advertising, spam, or malicious links
- Obscene, violent, or discriminatory content, or content that violates the law
The Operator may delete such content without prior notice and may restrict the use of accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
Article 6 (Copyright in Content)
Copyright in content created by the Operator, including posts, papers, and images on the Site, belongs to the Operator. You may freely quote it with attribution and share links through the sharing features.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Site is provided free of charge. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of the content or the uninterrupted provision of the service, and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site unless caused by its intent or gross negligence. Responsibility for comments posted by users lies with their authors.
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
The processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)
If we change these Terms, we will announce it on this page 7 days before the change takes effect.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
